Service Fee $120.00/month
Taking care of vacation guests = $40.00 per booking.
For additional services and minor repairs exceeding the normal property management duties we charge a fee of $ 25.00 per hour.
We work with licensed companies that handle major and minor repairs and maintenance jobs.
